Masterwork Augmentation Stones

I have gone through and completed every quest I could find, and defeated the Frost Golem over a dozen times, but I cannot find a masterwork augmentation stone anywhere. Is there a special way to get them that I am missing? The Azure Amulet quest is just sitting there waiting for me to find one.

It's supposed to be in game, but REALLY rare (remember, we got weapons to masterwork way too easily before... since we're only in the first part of the world). I haven't found one yet either. Supposedly you have a small chance to get them in the frostfall- or golden chests.

They are a very rare drop ONLY from gold chests is what I've been told. Basically masterwork items were way too easy to get before, it really wasn't something we were supposed to get in like an hour of gameplay. I'm sure it will change in the future though, possibly being able to combine lower tier augment stones into higher ones, so if you can't find one now, it should become easier as we get new content!
