are there any mods for this game?

trying to find something to make the game grind alot better and a way, if there is one, to keep the party members more so ur level when you get them. also texture mods to enhance the graphics. i have this on PS4 looking for the PC the grinding has gotten to bad i think.. but i find as bad as the EX vs the Grind is really bad..
