Bug for "The Solution" Level on Switch

Me and my sister were playing the game on her switch and had collected every scarf and were looking forward to finishing the game. We had access to 'The Solution' before we'd finished unlocking the other doors for some reason though? We had gone through 'The Solution's door and hear the initial narration before leaving and deciding to finish the other levels before coming back.

When we did finally come back, we found that no matter how hard we tried we couldn't get the 'help companion' command to work. It says to press b on the switch, but nothing happens! The use command worked for the previous areas perfectly fine, so we're confused on why it stopped working now?

I cannot attach a log as it's on the switch unfortunately, but I appear to not be the only one with this problem. I really hope we won't have to replay the whole game just to see the ending.

Hi. After restarting the game (on Switch you have to close the application completely) the button should work again. We're working on getting a patch out to fix this.
