how to reset progress ?

Never touched the game since 1.0, I would like to start from scratch but can't figure out how to do so.

Could anyone help me with that please ?

Hey!
You can reset all progress in Options -> Player -> Reset Game Progress
If you wish to delete all Layouts too, you can, while the game is open, on Windows go to:

%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\All Parts Connected\Sipho

Delete everything. Restart the game - you will have cleared all the data!
