Are there really only 30 parts? Is this game still being developed further?

I read in a review from April there were only 30 parts available to choose from.
And the last update is from april.
So is this still being worked on and extended?

Hey, the review is incorrect about the amount of parts available - there are more. We have been working on new Mutations for Zooids (passive stat modifiers for parts that you grow), performance optimizations and various Environment hazards/fun elements. Those are coming soon!

That is good to hear - how many parts would you estimate there are at the moment, and what is the goal?

There are 40 Zooids (parts) right now in the game and around 40 Mutations (perks). Mutations are something like perks in other roguelikes that affect all, groups or single Zooids when picked up with some passive effect.

And now I'm working on new, more interesting Mutations and there is at least one new Zooid coming.
