try to provide entertainment, it generates income for you too
also, don't forget to deactivate some laws which -prestige
Like @YesMan said you should first buff your entertainment as it is should be quite profitable anyway. Build some restaurant modules first (you need 2 entertainment per 10 population) and then try buying some wine at the portal for each cliff (at the same time).
Don`t forget to get ecology to at least 100%. You can turn off some buildings temporarily.
I believe you will need some tourism to reach 120 prestige without 100% aestetics.
Checked this one. You need to get everything except 1 at 100%. So you can leave aestetics at any value, but you need max entertainment and everything else, including tourism.
