Could someone explain exactly what this does? The info text just says "averages accumulators between cliffs connected by bridges". Is this referring to battery stations? I am just not sure.

it makes batteries count on connected cliffs storages equal, so for example one city can produce batteries, and its automatically can supply other city that has no energy source...

Ok, great thanks!! Would it be possible to standardize wording on some things like this? I cannot recall seeing anything referring to accumulators, but it does make sense now that you mean batteries. Another one I remember seeing was a law that says "Atomic Power Station" instead of Nuclear. Amazing game you all have put together and I am constant restarting to try and perfect a build.

maybe Although it is whether it is already Resolved topic, averaging of battery and water is carried out by the bridge's transportation vehicle(10 units/train).
Appx; This to the Finished researched effects(Power Grid, and Pipeline), that it is not "instantaneously" averaged depending on inventory or transport capacity.

Hello, I don't know if I should had open a new ticket but when I completed the research, one of my city still did not have acess to the energy of the other, there are a delay between finishing the research and the effect start ?
