Solar Ring Sector producing less power then Solar Sector
Is this by design? I have just completed my first Solar Ring Sector and it only produces 80 kW of Energy for 30 people working there, where as a Solar Sector generates 250 kW for 20 people. I certainly have to spend a lot more resources on the Ring Sector. Are there any multipliers for completing them all?

They transfer ~400 of satellite power to all your cliffs and spoiler location. It's their main objective
