No Turbo Boost
Old game, really enjoying it, it was one of my first two games ever. However, cant' seem to get boost/turbo to work (ignite) AND can't jump the abyss/canyon in Malastare no matter what I do.
Currently have the racer maxxed out for the level I am on and have tried the jump at 500+ and still can't make it. Oh, yes; I won the race -- but now it is a personal thing to get across that jump.
Appreciate any suggestions.

You can hold down to stay airborne longer as well.
