OLD MAIN ACCOUNT DELETED?

I used to have 2 main accounts lvl 92-95 with full gear and all.... I can't seem to log in through game. I can log in through the website but not in game. Please help

welcome to our nightmare. Your accounts are still probably there but you will probly have to pick one or the other to link to your steam id. I am still struggling to get my issue resolved just like a lot of other people. I am sure people who just started playing the game on steam are happy to have a new mmo to play. Faithful user's who have had accounts prior to this, many of them are still trying to get their steam/rom issues resolved.

First of all, please tell me if you are login to the game via Steam or stand-alone client?
Also please make sure that you have selected correct region in the game launcher - US or EU - and it's same as region your account is registered.
Do you also have any error massage when trying to log in to the game?

I tried to log in through steam. It would launch a whole new account for me. no characters or anything. So i tried to log in normally and it says account password is wrong. Yet on the website it works. So i check the region and I'm in the USA region which where I'm supposed to be.
