Report a translation problem
Since we changed the ItemShop system in the game, it was impossible to use Phirius Token coins there.
All the items were transferred to special Phirius Token NPCs, who can be found in Varanas Central Plaza and Dalanis Old City District.
Have you contacted the support via the official ticket system? They might be able to refund the purchase, if there was actually no way to tell that you would not be able to use the item for your personal home.
