Reset secondary password
I've been locked several times and force to wait 1 hour each. I can't remember my secondary password. The website will show email sent for resetting secondary password but no email is sent in my email. BTW the accnt is created automatically by steam so i'm assuming it will send to my steam email. or am i missing something???

This does not work. It asks you to log into the registered account for support. You do that, you go through the password change, you get the password you enter it and it just keeps circling back saying that it needs to be a registered account. I used to log this game. Can't play it. Haven't been able to play it for quite some time because of this silly secondary password crap that keeps you in a loop. Can't contact support... because the registration keeps looping. I give up.

If you play via Steam, you log to the support with your Steam account[runesofmagic.support.gameforge.com].

If you play with stand alone client, the support page asks you for support account - support account and game account are separate (they can have different passwords ect), so if you can't access the game account, it does not affect access to support system. You can always recover Support account password on the page.
