If you play via Steam, you log to the support with your Steam account[runesofmagic.support.gameforge.com].
If you play with stand alone client, the support page asks you for support account - support account and game account are separate (they can have different passwords ect), so if you can't access the game account, it does not affect access to support system. You can always recover Support account password on the page.
