Magic wardrobe item lost

I was playing in 2016
At that time, I bought a lot of costume sets and put them in my magic wardrobe, but when I resumed playing in 2021, all of them were cleared.

The ninja pants that can no longer be purchased were registered in the magic wardrobe settings, so I could use them, but when I tried to switch to the feathers that came with the item expansion backset, they disappeared.

Were there any bugs or announcements related to the magic wardrobe while I wasn't playing?

I'm currently contacting support, but I can't seem to get back nearly 200 costumes and I can't play the ROM happily.

Refunds for lost costumes are welcome, but you will need the exact name of the item that was in your wardrobe.

Please provide a list.
