Can't reach the Support, any advice?
after a long time of absence I tried to lock in into my old ROM account. I enter my e-mail and password and get the reply that my account is blocked. I want to contact the support about it, but you only can do it with an active account, as I can't log in Ican't ask the support why I can't do it and how to revoke the block. I received no e-mail that my account will be blocked or any e-mail at all. Any suggestions?

To contact our Game Support, you need create a separate Support account (ideally with same email address which was used for your game account, so it will be faster and easier to verify).

So if you never had Support account, please register one. Links to Support can be found here.

Or if you are playing RoM via Steam, you can log in to the Support system with your Steam logins.
