srsly, first time, trying to play and i cant login....
Both EU and US servers says account and password error ><

WTF is up with that, logged in to steam, cant play, also tried making a account on thier website, nope, doesnt work that way either and no ♥♥♥♥ing option to login...


GREAT way to scare off new players if they only have problems...
Well since google or any other posts on steam doesnt cover this error, i guess i just have to uninstall it and dont touch it again..


The steam FAQ says i can login on their website with steam, but clearly that option doesnt work.....

When i go gameforge.com, the only option to login is with email, and when i go to the runes of magic website, the only option i get is to register, not even a login button..



So if you dont even get a option to login with steam and if you cant even start the game on steam, then what is the point on having it on steam?.....

Hello Shiroe,

If you installed the game via Steam and you have started it for the first time via Steam platform, it will automatically create the game account for you and no login or password is required.

The stand-alone game client from our website, is using Gameforge Launcher and Account to manage all of your Gameforge games with one single account, so it asks you first to download Gamefoge Launcher, you register Gameforge account and when you either add existing RoM game account or you create a new one.

Although players using Steam to play RoM do not need to install GF Launcher and can continue to play as they used to.

Yeah this isnt working, it didnt automatically create a game account when i launched with steam.

about the same for me but i can login eu server but not us server useing steam.us server i get password error and dont know why.steam logs me in on eu but not us.and i know how to set it for us server but get password error?on other steam account i can login on us server.

im us and playing on a eu server is lots of lagg and got booted 2 times game crash.

hmm, this might have worked,have to install again ^^
but is this for US only? bcoz i would prefer Eu instead if you happen to know how to get it to work for that instead?

Hello, I'm having trouble signing in as well. Asking for a "Secondary Password" that I don't remember using/setting . Tried all I can think of, none work. Followed the link above, signed in to the official game page. Click the Reset Secondary Password (page is blank/white except for the Reset Secondary Password Line and it clicks but goes nowhere. Just sits at the same line. Go back to game and there's no prompt to set/create "new" Secondary Password. Again, everything I try is wrong and after 5 tries I'm locked out for 1 hour.

And Ideas?

EDIT - Got tired of trying. Made a new account and playing through the gameforge client. Seemed the easiest solution. My Steam character wasn't that high lvl, so it's all good I guess. Thx Cheers & Happy Holidays 2 ALL :)
