Launch Error

Im getting an error, wont let me launch
"Error: Download http://rom-eneu-patch.runewaker.com/patch/:80 version.txt fail!!"

yeah 2 hours ago and now is 8 am EAST ,

why wouldn't you complete maint before you launch it too the public for download, why is common sense so rare in the game industry these days.

That's what i presumed since when i receive the error i get another pop up that says connection cannot be established. I was hoping this relaunch would of been flawless, something that RoM needed.

Hi, im a returning old player, except i cant get the launcher to start anyhow. Even did a fresh windows reinstall, nothing is installed only steam, drivers and windows10, and still it wont launch. Empty, very quick black window flashes up and thats it. I'm opening from both steam itself and desktop icon, no difference.

There is maintenance. Someone says it was a fake release.

Well ok, but something should pop up, beside that error message that everyone gets. I mean there is no sign of the client actually starting. Oh well, these errors are one of the reasons i stopped playing back then. Let's hope it got better.

I got an email earlier today from Steam that "Runes of Magic is now available on Steam!"

So I download and try to play and get that error. Now I see it's not open to public yet? Why send the email then? Not starting off on a good foot here.....
