SET COMPATIBILITY MODE TO XP SERVICE PACK 2

I found this tip in another discussion and tried it for myself, it actually helped a lot. Disabling HID's did not help my framerate out at all so I would'nt recommend doing that.

-Right click the game, choose properties.
-Click on the local files tab and choose "Browse local files"
-Right click the application and choose "properties"
-Click the compatibility tab,check the box that say "Run this program in compatibility mode for: "
-choose Windows XP (service Pack 2), apply settings and exit window.

I typed these instructions because some people do not know how to do this.

ALSO! this will disable the steam overlay and you WILL NOT be able to take screenshots, play music, anything of the sor. It will be as if you are not using steam at all.

ANOTHER THING! (SORRY) you can set the compatibility to windows vista and the game will still run well and you will be able to use the steam overlay and everything that comes with it.

It doesn't work on 900 series maxwell cards in windows 10 no matter what you do though. I was thinking of installing my 5870 but i just can't be bothered.

I'm not very familiar with the 5870 but I am aware that windows 10 caused major problems for a lot of people. But yea, I found this tip on youtube and decided to help everyone out as much as I can.

Tried this, but it still didn't work for me. Honestly the music alone is making me want to take a look at it, but this microstutter thing is...making it rather unplayable for me.
