The game does require a "games for windows live" DLL to start so indeed, you have to install it either from the install folder "XLiveRedist" if you're using Windows 7 or earlier or from the link provided by the OP.

Sadly, this did not work on my other machine. Not sure why. I had to resort to use a modified version of the xlive.dll file that bypassed some checks. I found it on some random free upload site so i've uploaded it on my own crappy site that should at least hold it for decades.
Note that this can be used for any game from the Windows Vista era. Use 7zip to unpack it and copy the files where the game's executable is located.

Can anyone please help me?
I litterly tried everything google provied me and none of it fixes my problem.
I'm having a fps drops to 0 every few seconds. My pc is very good, so that is not the problem.
I tried many compatibility .exes and xlive fixes, everything is exactly the same.
I'm on Windows 10
Intel Core i5-7400 CPU
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
I also have an integrated graphic card, i tried to run the game with it and it's exactly the same.

Then you have a different problem. The patch from that site disables the Xlive check, so if your game doesn't work with that patch installed, then it's not a windows/xlive problem you have, it's something different.

Yeah, i kinda figured that out already...
I think the game just does not work with my graphic card, but it was the same when i use my integrated one.
