what are the possible buffs from halo of chaos?

I saw one that gives 30% damage reduction, what are all the other possibilities?

30% damage buff, 25 accuracy + 25 evasion buff, and nothing. yeah, it can do nothing on a turn. But AFAICT, those are the only buffs I have seen. I watched it for a couple dozen battles.

not the best, not the worst. above average I'd say. Best damage output I have seen is with Glutton tongue and spider mandibles when you have a LOT of parts (hundreds).

But this thing could save your life with the reduced damage or the evasion. it's just... not reliable.
