1) Unlock the Library as fast as you can and keep upgrading it as fast as you can, to maximize the amount of experience Iratus gets.
2) When having a choice between experience for minions and Iratus on the map, take experience for Iratus.
3) Unlock Blood Curse (Iratus' Magic skill) as fast as possible.
4) Bride of Iratus has the stress attack that can be upgraded to make enemies more likely to flee. Banshee makes enemies more likely to flee as her Feature. Some items also make enemies more likely to flee.
5) Use Blood Curse on enemies who are trying to flee and let them flee. That way you should be able to get a Vampire. Getting 5 Vampires should unlock the Vampire's schematic.
One of the possible Insanity effects is "Cowardice" which also increases the chance to flee, but that's random so you can't really rely on it.
It's not that hard to capture the whole enemy squad, theres also a slightlydifferentway of doing it...
