So, how do you lure Dhampirs?

You will know if you meet them :)

On 3rd Dungeon you will meet them.
To recruit them you must kill all other enemys, then reduce her stress to certain level, dont know if she can be 'Inspiered' but usually she will become Insaine and obtain 'Betrayal' effect which will instantly ends battle and you will get youreself a dhampir.

As soon as she goes insane you will recruit her on her next turn. All you have to do is drive her insane and she's yours. You don't have to kill the other enemies first, either. It works at any time in the fight.

Dhampir needs to be insane and the last enemy. If you hover over her feature the game tells you this. Tried it and it worked life a charm.

There is also an Iratus spell (costs 10 mana), called Contagious Insanity (Wrath tab).
It possibly could work (even with magic shields on), right at the start (at least it just happend to me, and she killed most of her team, fun time !).

Another little hint..."Betrayal" state is not necessary.
Even with other dementias she will be in your company just after you killed all other foes.

When aiming for them make sure you looking at your pathing and seeing if there are any of them as the visible target in part 3, bring a banshee if they get to low on sanity and you want another shot without causing a heart attack, and for extra help there is a ring that can trigger a chance to cause insanity at 85% Sanity
