How to heal our minions?

Place them in the mausoleum during fights. Or use the lost soul's healing skill combined with wards. Or spec into the "ire" skilltree's healing abilities. Any minion not in combat and not working in the graveyard will heal a small amount of vigor after a victorious combat

Inside fights, you also have potions such as vampire potions (lifesteal), and one that restores 5% to all minions at base. For individual healing, I reccomend Werewolves (Heal at start of each turn), Ghouls (Self Heal + Lifesteal), Dark Knights, and Bone Golems and if you know what you're doing, Blood Phantasms. I think the best advice I can give is try to wrap up fights before you can take serious damage. Werewolves are great for this being excellent strikers.
