What mod did you download so I can make sure I'm getting everything right?
EDIT: I think I remembered what the issue would exactly be, but I don't know how to describe it since steam forums are beyond useless sometimes, lemme send you a friend request and we can go from there alright?
I do appreciate that , but hopefully i can understand the demonstration you kindly give me in the future, i am pretty clueless in this mod thing.. I do appreciate your help.
The MOD is in a zip file so when you view it after you download it , on the top of the file explorer window there should be an "Extract All" icon. Click that and it will just put the whole thing in another folder extracted for you. The name you should have for the folder is "SpecTRe's Improved Realism"
You should take that whole folder and copy it to:
C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME\AppData\Local\Evil Twin Artworks\Victory At Sea Pacific\Mods
each MOD you have goes in this folder.
Then in the MOD game menu you should see SpecTRe's Improved Realism.
click on it and it should become active.
If you go to the main menu and click Create New Mod, you will get a new folder with your new MOD files and one of those will be the genericshipnames.csv. Just copy that to the MOD folder that you are using.
Thanks for the help
