Wait do I have to have Max as my 2nd party member?
Was doing a run with the vampire, though if I skipped max I could have a team of vampire/fox girl/demon but now I have to kick out the fox girl to get the demon? Is there anyway around this? Why does max need to be in slot 2?

Hello WanderingHero, the basic premise is that you have to chose between 2 of the main characters and think of Max as a bonus character. The original idea was to have a 2 person party, influenced by the 7th Saga game. Later, Max was added as a possible 3rd character to help shore up any weaknesses the party may have so that any party combination would be viable.
