Read the header again. "Lower division player". Not many lower division teams can afford 7.5 million for the players you mentioned and, even if you could, the chances are they won't be interested. Ros is free and interested. If you do have money,....you want Aiden Mcgeady and Luca Modric on your wings and a greek kiddie called Mixalis Pavlis as your striker. Pure class.

There's a few good players in the Spanish third div. I usually sign a left winger called Camacho from UD Vecindario, a right winger called Arriaga and a young central defender called Carlos Quesada from Real Jaen. Farinos from Hercules is also a good signing, if you play with two defensive mids, he partners Ros well, despite being an attacking mid.

If you're playing as an english league one or two side, Dragan Jelic and Dani (21 yo forward) are good free agents.

If you're playing with a team outside of the UK, Dusan Cirkovic and Semir Stilic are incredible, not so great in the top 5 leagues, but brilliant everywhere else. Cirkovic will still get 30-40+ goals in the top 5 leagues, but he scored 600+ in 5 seasons for my Tampere side, with Stilic providing 300+ assists, only cost approx 15-50k ea.
