Editor and Different Skins

So I just left 2007 after playing until 2023 and started 2008 but I saw some game editor stuff also cheat engine app. I tried both and couldnt manage them at all. I would appreciate if someone shows me somewhere i can get more info.

also playing the game in windowed mode and the skin is awful. there is only one option (ocean). I was wondering if there is a way to add more skins.
