Since there is no bug report thread I post this here and hope someone reads it.
1.) Game keeps running after you quit via ingame menu or ALT+F4. Klicking STOP in Steam doesn't work either, only Taskmanager can kill it.

2.) Logitech G923 Rev lights stop working if you tab out of the game and then tab back into it when using borderless fullscreen mode.

Sounds like you're bad.

Also sounds like unfamiliarity with the transition to a new tyre compound that took place IRL that was later introduced into ACC as well. Slightly harder compound means it's a takes a bit more commitment and training to hit similar laps as before which is consistent with the what drivers in the real life World GT series have been tasked to deal with.
