G29 still having issues; Game unplayable
So, I have tried every option, down to replacing my wheel from Logitech themselves. Nothing has solved the issue of constant button action: I use the d-pad for brake bias, and the center buttons for starting the car and ignition. The brake bias up gets stuck on as soon as I enter the car in the pits or race likewise. Nothing can turn it off. Then, the car will not start cleanly with the button press. I have seen some posts about this, followed the directions, uninstalled ghub or GS, and nothing has worked. Even down to the registry file.

Anyone else have this issue?

I also have used the wheel in raceroom and in iRacing with no issues. It is only in ACC. I am fed up.

Thanks!

Logitech update destroying Logitech wheels again.
Uninstall GHUB, delete Logitech folders and REGEDIT Logitech folders too, download an older version of GHUB, install it and uncheck the "automatic updates" box, restart computer, try it all again.

Uninstall GHUB and download the old Logitech gaming software instead. Can't believe they haven't addressed this issue yet... It's 2022 FFS.

Thanks guys. For the record, this has been unplayable since Sept first week. Regardless, I have done all of the above a few different times in a few different ways. I will attempt again at yours, @EF_Neo1st and see if that works. I do not recall removing logitech Reg folders outside of the actual G29 reg folder itself.

Regardless, thanks, and my ticket with LG is still wide open. So frustrating.

Your best bet is to see if you can sell it and get either a Thrustmaster or Fanatec wheel. On the PC side, Logitech has been a problem since around 2015. Up until then, their device software was good but something changed over around that time and their device software has been nothing but trouble. I cut my losses with them in 2017 and have been happy every since.

I mentioned the PC side as those that use Logitech wheels for consoles don't have to deal with their PC software/drivers.

As above I had issues with my G920's anti overheat circuity kicking in, even when the wheel was cold. It made games like ACC and F1 2018 unplayable. As others have said, LGS and LGH are buggy and don't seem to get along with Windows (who does?). My problems all ended when I upgraded to a Fanatec CSL Elite back in 2019. I've not had a single issue since then.

Forget GHUB and install old Logitech Gaming Software drivers. But not the last version, its faulty too. The version 9.02.65 is the best. Problem: Logitech delete 64bits version and only can get 32bits version. I have my installable 64bits version saved like it was an one million dollars.

Yes, Logitech sucks, but you can still find version LGS_9.02.65_x64_Logitech on the driverscloud . com to download.

Update: testet it right now and got the 64bits version without any problems:

And you have to do this again and again. G-Hub don't support G29 anymore. If you want to use your G29 for 100% install LGS v. 9.02.65 and your problems are gone. I've used a G29 for more than a year with LGS and never had a problem with it.

This works for G920 too ?

Yes, the LGS is for both, G29 and G920 but NOT for the recent G923.

I have a G29 but as soon as I tried the Ghub software I trashed it immediately, my wheel is fine. It's great as a matter of fact with pedal mods and FF profile that I got somewhere off of steam. Get rid of that software and start crashing mate :) I mean you not your pc .

Had the G920 at the beginning of the year. With my old PC I had a blue screen several times when I connected the steering wheel to the PC, with my new PC I also had blue screens twice and there were constant conflicts with the G-Hub software. I was fed up and it hit the wall ;) now I use the thrustmaster T300 RS with a next level racing wheel mount 2.0 and haven't had any problems so far

Thanks to all of you for the comments. I will attempt the specific DL of LGS, and go from there. Do not forget, until September, i have raced with this wheel with NO issues. Now, the aforementioned. Thanks again friends.
