This game should be called cheats in action

Kunos doesn't give a damn about investing 2 pennies in an anti-cheat system! For ACC I have no hope of seeing it anymore but if they don't make an anti-cheat system and ban for bad driving on EVO with me they're done. At every start from the first AC you have to hope you can at least survive the first lap.

Thats true the penalty system is non existent it should have, slow downs and other penalties such as i racing even race room has a better penalty system

Looks like very bad network sync, I bet that guy was way in the red ping-wise and you were probably not much lower either. I would love to see his replay, he might just think the same about you. For all the claims around cheats and all, I did not have any encounters with cheaters in my 3000+h of gameplay and I mostly play public lobbys... They may exist but are so far and few.

I don't think it's a network problem because it didn't lag and didn't give a damn about the position of the opponents. I have already caught cheatters and they were much more blatant than this. Here is a video where he shows the same kind of cheat https://youtu.be/CKyYRomRq8c?t=30

Yes cheaters do exist, may still exist, but if it was the case there the very first time the cars crossed each other the non-cheater car would had been threw out of the track like a bullet, what did not happen, also the "cheater" speed dont seen wrong ...

Btw, downloaď it to youtube, your video is horrendous to watch due to slow download rate and I dont even want to watch the rest of your proof video because of it.

In a video uploaded 4 years ago. 4 years. Again, I don't say they don't exist, but still never seen one in my 3000+hours of gameplay. So, to come with a statement such as "This game should be called cheats in action", hinting at cheaters everywhere, is quite a stretch.

Whatever it is, it’s not a smart cheat because it’s obvious.
Imagine, we are wondering whether it’s a cheat while there is something blatantly wrong with a player. So when a smart cheat is used, extra grip for instance, sure nobody can spot it (it’s not because you don’t see it that it does not exist)

About anti-cheats, nothing can be completely efficient on PC. Windows isn’t a locked system, people can always make anti anti-cheat systems.

THAT is what we are discussing about, not if it is right or wrong or if one thing is worst than the other, both things are equally wrong but one of the things can be dealt with by the devs.

If people complain about a bug being exploited at a track (or more tracks) it is not an update but a required fix.
On their forum it have a chance of happening, here chance is zero.

I am sorry but what exactly am I looking at? Are you referring to the "cut through" that the driver did? If so, was this in the beginning where speed checks and staying in position before green is required? If so, then that's not cheating for many douche driers do this only to be penalized immediately.

Now, if it is after the green light at start and throughout the race then it is most likely a bug the driver exploited. Is that a cheat? No, that's an internal issue that developers can fix. Will they? I honestly don't know as much as I feel devs are focused on EVO being the latest game release in the Asseto Series. I could very well be wrong but as a techie, I am certain their program and project managers are focusing on EVO. Thus, the developers and engineers will execute against their demands. Especially in today's economy with layoffs happening. #JobSecurity101

Again, that looks like heavy lag to me and the only common point between both your videos is... you. Maybe you should check how your connection is doing.

My connection is fine. If you see only he behaves that way. Then if you see the ending , strangely he teleports by lagging right when I'm about to hit him.

Because server compensates with the packages received from him and taking it to you your game perceives as teleporting (I have seem far worst teleporting by lag tbh).

If it was a cheater teleporting he would use it on the straights and his own car would not even budge with the hit.
That was not a cheater but a lagger (and post at youtube, it is crap to watch there, too long loading times)
