Banned from ACC multi player

After the recent update I am unable to join multi player servers, It says I'm banned!!! Have contacted ACC helpline but not getting any answers. Anybody else had this issue?

are they just public lobbies? those are hosted by private people/parties that are paying to have that server open-they can also ban people from joining if they choose to.

most public lobbies will say ban list or admin in server or something.

There should still be servers you could join if you try other ones if your banned from all of them then I have no idea.

Thanks for your reply: yes they are public lobbies but no servers come up. Not even my rating shows. I have asked ACC technical support about this issue but I don't get any replies

Issue solved. Turned off VPN on Norton 360 now able to get into multiplayer. Thanks @griza30 discord came up with the answer

I would take the cancer that is Norton off your machine completely. Literally all you need is windows defender.

The servers i play on I see people get banned a lot, for being silly and ruining other peoples races. Racing incidents happen, but when people go out of their way to punt you and hit you or being abusive in chat is when you get banned from the server.

If you have been banned from a server look towards your self and the attitude you have online towards other people.

OP didn't get banned, he just couldn't access the servers.

I know I am weeks behind Umbreawesome but he or she is right. Nothing ever good comes from Norton Products or McAfee Products. They are resource hogs, they slow PC's down. and they are too authoritarian even after you manually config your agent.
