Assetto Corsa Competizione

Nürburgring - Nordschleife
I'm new to the AC franchise, bought the game and all DLC's some while ago, but didn't have the chance to play it yet.

I'm curious about something, can I race in the Green Hell of Nürburgring in the "normal" ACC game (plus DLC's) or must I install a mod?

Same question for the regular Assetto Corsa.

ACC dont allow mod and Nurb Nords is not part of SRO/Blancpain and ACC is bound by SRO/Blancpain series therefore "never ever" will be Nurb Nords at ACC.

AMS2 or rF2 have better Nurb Nords than AC

Keine Grüne Hölle für mich, denn...?
Verdammt.

On a side-note, I'd rather have Chucky in my room than to try Automobilista 2 again (if they didn't fix it).

I would say I`d rather have chucky in my room than returning to AC (just for the joke) but AC is not "so bad", just not on the same level imho.

Once I got Nurb Nords at AMS2 and rF2 I never returned to AC (dont even have it installed since jun/2021)

Vanilla AC has many good cars. That's the reason for me.

Agreed. Underrated. Everyone is driving in Shutoku or whatever, boring ass long straights right hand drive .. no thanks. Vanilla stuff is good. Some decent servers for Nords with public servers. I enjoy these with Vanilla content when I just want to jump in and not have to race or wait for a session to be over like in other games.

not accurate. they could put nords in if they wanted. all about will and money

Totally accurate, read ACC description at Steam and just dont deny the info.
ACC is bound by SRO/Blancpain tracks, cars and regulations, like it or not it is not exactly about money, it is about the contract to have the tracks and cars.

A quick update (and sorry for bein' off-topic):
Makin' myself brave enough to withstand Chucky's presence, I installed AMS 2 demo again and tried it.
It's actually not as bad as I remembered from almost 2 years ago, so...

Tho the Demo is not like the full game, it is dated in physics.

As others have said.. it is great in its niche -- if you want a different car combo and don't wanna muck with AC mods or such, AMS2 is like a hotlap simulator that doesn't take itself too seriously like iRacing or ACC. The updated physics are leaps and bounds from what PC2 was and even the mixed conditions weather settings are kinda unique to sim racing outside of say AC with SOL and a bunch of mods strapped on to make it look half as good as AMS2 outta the box.

I almost didn't buy AMS2 because of the Demo. I don't know if the demo has ever been updated (I suspect it hasn't). The demo was glitchy and didn't inspire me. It turned out the full game with all the updates was 100x better. It's far from perfect, but definitely looks nice and you don't need a state-of-the-art PC to run it. I don't regret the purchase one bit. :)

The demo is actually ancient and not representing the current game at all........read some posts about how crappy the demo is compared to the actual game now.AMS2 is Golden.
