The problem is potentiometers that tend to wear off very quick. If replacement is due look for more modern pedals that use hall sensors instead of Potentiometers.

As above its a potentiometer issue, that being said it most likely just needs a clean, get a can of compressed air and try that first.

The potentiometer will either be dusty or start to malfunction. You can calibrate the minimum and maximum of the pedal from the control panel or use a programme called DIView

Reduce max throttle range (use max throttle deadzone) and increase min throttle range (use min throttle deadzone) until where you dont have this problem (and try cleaning yuor potenciometers).

I have a different solutions for you to check. First of all make sure that the problem is present if you are going on the long straight with TC set to 1 or even zero. If yes, than it's not a TC problem. Next step, make sure that none of the cables are not crushed or squized in any way. I had similar problem and it turned out that when i made sure that cables are not squized the problem went away. But if none of this helps i gues the potentiometer solution will be a good thing to try.

The problem disappeared after a complete cleaning of the potentiometer. Thank you all for your attention and advice.
