Bought the 2023 GT World Challenge Pack but doesnt install. Any clues?

Hello racing drivers! I´ve just bought the 2023 GT World Challenge Pack in a pack of DLC that had a discount but it doesnt appear in game.
I bought it for about €4,12 in a pack of DLCs instead of just buying the DLC for 10€.
The pack appears on Steam as bought and says that it will be installed once the game is installed.
When I bought the other packs it was downloading after the buy but not this time.
In game doesnt appear as option neither as a DLC I havent bought.

Any clues on what the problem might be?

How do I make a complaint to get help or money/credits back?

Don´t give them back, these are the best cars. ;-)
You must select "all classes" - the 2023s do not yet have their own category.

Just choose Open Series, all cars are then available.
