Logitech G923 Not Turning In Game
So I start up the game and everything works except I cannot turn when in car? The settings register my axis turning, but nothing. I quit and load settings, switch to keyboard and back to wheel and it may or may not work. Did an entire qualifying and when race started no turning. Had to quit race. Any ideas? Game worked great a month ago no issue and other games like F1 2021 work fine no issue.

UPDATE: Yes I have a small update. I'm thinking one of the groups might need to put out an update, but I was using my front USB ports on my machine. Been using them for over a year, but moving my wheel's USB to a port on the back of my machine allowed it to work without issue. I'm doing that for now, but will try front port after either the game or ghub is updated.

Question - Is the wheel plugged in prior to the game launching?
DaddyLongtoe Jun 7, 2022 @ 12:27pm
I am having the same problem with the wheel not turning in game but it registers that there is turning input movement in the settings. Have tried having the wheel connected before starting game, after starting game, restarting game, changing usb ports, restarting GHUB, and even reinstalling the game. The wheel works fine in every other game I play like, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, and Project Cars. Total bummer because I prefer this game over those games. From what it sounds like, this is a bug by ACC. It started being intermittent about a week ago, I played yesterday for 2hrs, took a break and then started the game up a few hours later and no steering input... now nothing will get it to work.
If anyone has a fix please let me know.

Or it could be a bug with GHUB - I have had so many issue's in the past using GHUB when playing ACC so i use the old Logitech Gaming Software and i have never had any issues.

New Update with GHUB. I have not tested, but everyone may want to try again?

still cannot use??

I don't have a Logitech wheel but what I always recommend is for every important game controller (wheels for racesim, mouse/kb for shooters, joystick for flight games etc) to connect it at the back of your pc because the front USB ports are literally a USB Hub and not going directly into the mainboard! Also one can try USB 2.0 or 3.0 if that does a difference.

Yeah since posting this I've been using the back USB and all games seem to be working fine. I can get away with F1 22 working from the font, but ACC only works on back at this point.

Ralf R: As you are facing the issue specifically on the Assetto Corsa Competizione, I will also request you to contact the game developer once. logitech feedback

I agree that it's strange. The issue started with me a few patches ago. I have not tested under the latest. I feel like there is something that can be don on the dev side of both Logitech and ACC.

Having not played ACC for a few months, jumped back on it last week and had the same issue. Noticed there was another GHub update this week, still no change. The only solution that worked for me in the end for uninstalling GHub and installing an old version of it (I went for Nov 2021 version). Loaded up ACC and it worked perfectly.
