サーバーの立て方

今ACCでプライベートな設定のサーバー立てるとすると有料のレンタルサーバーしか手はないのでしょうか？
正直エンジョイ勢なのでバチバチのレースではなくプラクティスと予選だけでレースはおまけみたいなサーバーを立てたいのですが、数年前にいくつかのサイトやyoutubeで紹介されていたような無料のものはなくなってしまってるのでしょうか？
この手のゲームでサーバーを建てようと思ったことが今までなく、調べてもちんぷんかんぷんだったので、教えていただけるとありがたいです

How to set up a server

If I were to set up a server with private settings in ACC, would the only option be a paid rental server?

To be honest, since I'm a really fun person, I'd like to set up a server that doesn't have a busy race, but just practices and qualifying, but the free ones that were introduced on some sites and YouTube a few years ago are no longer available. Is it stored away?

I've never thought about building a server for this kind of game before, and I've researched it and found it to be gibberish, so I'd appreciate it if you could give me some advice.
