I think you should ask devs on their official forum.

- more fps is dependent if they are unlocked (else see point 2)
- higher resolution needs patch on consoles if I'm correct

TBH I think it's more important now to work on ACEvo and I hope next project will be ACC 2 (but not on UE).

You mean supersampling? Yes, it is possible. I forgot about such option on PRO versions (or maybe I should write PS4 PRO version;)).
