If that comes with any missing vehicles or tracks it would be a bonus. Don't expect much though.
Why 'Final' ?
Kunos has never said that ACC Evo will replace ACC ...
For practical reasons. They are using a different game engine with AC: Evo. They probably don't have the manpower to keep two separate developer teams just to keep ACC updated. Kunos is not a very large company.
Most likely they could develop a SRO AC:Evo port or DLC if they are going to uphold the deals they have had with SRO. That way they can funnel all their developers to the new engine. Or this might be the last we ever see of SRO content on the AC platform. Time will tell.
Maybe ACC will open up for modders though. So not all hope is lost if you really need your ACC fix in the future.
