no oversteer on acc
hello im playing gt7 right now and i noticed there is A LOT of oversteer and car spinning out if you dont throttle coorectly or take a corner too fast. Weirdly this does not seem to be the case in ACC, at least the huracan is not oversteering one bit, is it car specific or the physics of those 2 games are different ? which one would be the mroe realistic

LOL, GT7 is console game for casuals and ACC is real sim. In ACC you can change it with tuning. In GT7... who would play it? :D
why is gt7 for casuals ?

It's console game based on pad controls. It must be for everybody. You don't have much sim stuff there. The whole game screams casual, casual and grindy. Waste of time. I have about 2000 km there and the game is a mess. Completely broken economy and physics rather weird.

maybe remove the TC or lower it, I can assure you you will spin....

Have you tried GT? It just spins even without any reason. They moved from arcade physics to very weird but hard physics. I hope they will complete the game one day and I will play it a bit more.
do people play acc without TC ? is it faster ?
i have "stability control" off in corsa and no problem with spins

You can drive without TC and spin all day long. But why? You're not going to be quick with TC off. The pros drive these cars with TC turned up.

of course with TC 1 vs TC 11 you will be faster :) but it's harder to control :)

For what? I don't use it anywhere but I don't even play online too much.

TC off ? no, but TC 1 on dry is perfect if you can control, if you spin too much, try TC 2 or more

The various controls are there to help a driver be consistent over a race duration. You use the level of controls which don't prevent you from driving to your best ability, but not low enough were you can't stay on the track.

Everyone will have a different combination that will work for them. There won't be a universal setting that works for everyone.

It for sure depend of car, TC/ABS settings (or TC/ABS OFF) and how on the limit of the car you are going.
It may be influenced by other setup settings too (and the base setup, if you dont pick any, is always the default safe setup that is usually meant to understeer more than oversteer)
Some cars understeer more and some cars may oversteer more and depend on how you drive too.

Without video it is hard to guess.

Btw, default safe and default aggressive can deliver from 1% to 2% off from the best times also "setup changes" to be faster is more like "setup changes to fit your driving style better" and so you wil be faster because of it, because the car is more to your liking, but if you are far off from the 2% range it is not default setup (aggressive or safe) fault and if you gain more than 1s or 2s with setup changes on a car, I would suggest you just try another car that need less setup changes because not only you would be too far off the 2% range as you would probably feel more comfortable with another car.
