sure its acceleration seems slow. sure its top speed seems slow.
but im AWD so i am faster in the corners and chicaines, so im already ahead after the turn, going my faster speed.
others accelerate and catch up on the straight, but i gotta break at the 150, and others break at 100.
so they dont look for my lghts, and dont slow down or drive around me. im going 25-50 mph faster than you, respect my brake line.
just sad the multiplayer in this is just as sad as any other game.
this, is acctually THE WORST online experience ive had in a racing game.
ive done like six races? only 3 people finish per race, because people actively trying to ruin the race.
which, is wild. get slammed T1 by a guy, shunts passed me, then brake checks me on T2.
If this "gettting rearended" happen too often, consider you are not braking where you should (and another tip, AI more often than not starts braking way too early so dont learn the braking points with AI, watch a guide at youtube for the track and practice solo to learn the track).
I gave this car a short try and like you I was slower with it. So I was happy to return to my f296.
But online this week-end, a lot of Ford racers were very fast with this car, and even on straight I could hardly follow them.
@OP were you maybe running a high-wing setup on a low downforce track like Monza maybe?
The Nissan GT3 is RWD, like any other car in ACC.
The sound is far too quiet
The gearing is miles out, even at Monza you are only just getting into 6th gear
The low speed TC barely works at all with any wheel lock.
It is a rushed poor car, evidenced by the fact you hardly see anyone really using it much, especially the quick guys who cannot leave their comfort zone of the 7620 or 296 or they might get beat.
I have uninstalled, and will be getting LMU soon, this game has gone to pot after the main people quit, the latest upgrades have not been good for me and my style and this game now feels like it only serves a tiny minority of players with very expensive gear.
The standard of driving has also taken a huge noise dive in recent weeks and as the ONLY aspect of this game that matters for SA is basically linked as much to other people as you, I have pretty much had enough.
AS is the way with most sims.
The gearing is perfect. It's almost the only data that they got from Ford. Saturday at Spa during the Wec they weren't using the 6th gear either.
I moved from the 296 to Mustang during this week in Imola on LFM. I had a PB of 42.2 with the 296.
I did 1.41.4 with the Mustang with a fifth of the experience in the same track. I did a 42.0 in LFM Quali and I had just 2 races without proper training. The car isn't slow at all.
The sound it's the same of the Jag.
LMU has still huge problems and it's too early to join if you wanna race for real. Furthermore the rating system is ♥♥♥♥ and there are pros still rated as silver.
Oh no. please...
Aye. I just put LMU in the bin, might have a look in a year when all the bugs haven't being fixed lolz.
Just stick to rF2 if that is the case.
I wrote it more for these reasons:

I actually like LMU.
Since I play with the controller I can't say much about ffb, there are still difficulties with it too.
At least with the controller you can feel the limits better and when the tyres are warm the driving is nice and smooth and feels a bit more fluid than with ACC.
I'd say it's more RF3 than a DLC for RF2.
I refunded LMU because of three things.
1) menu's were laggy and made the game unplayable if you paused or went to the pit menu's during a race.
2) When searching the forums i noticed the community was toxic and this can be seen in your thread with the first answer in the thread you linked above.
3) Lack of content.
Are you playing with automatic shifting by any chance? I tried it on Monza and on the finish line straight alone, automatic shifting costs around 0.6 seconds... the game shifts WAY too early for you in the Mustang, it seems.
