I drive with 540 degrees, however some cars have a different steering angle and won't line up with 540.

So you'll need to match the setting of your wheel to the car. I think you can easily google the different angles for the cars in ACC.

But this is only animation problem or this have influences on steering?

Influence steering but it makes the wheel match the cars.

For example the Audi R8 LMS got a 720 degree steering lock. Setting your wheel limit to 540 degrees will make it so the ingame wheel will move faster to reach 720 degrees as your wheel hits 540.

You can't make the car have a steering lock of 540 degrees from what I know, so you got a choice to either have your wheel at 540 and not line up with the animation. Or change your settings to give you different steering but one that matches the car.

Thanks for explaining.

yep i always used 900 in thrustmaster control panel and 900 in the game settings and it auto sets the correct rotation for each car. it should line up perfectly like this in every car

if you need tighter steering you go in the car setup and turn the steer ratio down.

thrustmaster always had the issue of the wheel not working after changing anything in the control panel so its just best to do the 900-900 way or you have to restart the game for every car change.

another thing i tried was 0 in game and setting it in the control panel only this seemed to work fine as well but again on thrustmaster anytime i went into the control panel with the game open the FFB stopped working so this wasnt a great option also it did not make it better or anything.

make sure you dont have any things on that over ride ACC in the thrustmaster control panel 900-900 should work 100% of the time.

anyways im on fanatec now so my testing was probably 2 years ago on the t300
