Your Nurburgring 24H Experience...

Well guys, it's finally here, today most crashing issues have been fixed, so i was wondering how is you experience with the track? Our community is yet to have a race here, so for now i am driving on the public lobbies and.... well... no other way of putting it - it's far worse than i expected (and i expected A LOT OF BAD EXPERIENCE). With such giant interest for the track i thougth that people who would join would know at least the basic layout and which are the flat-out corners, or would've had a few practice laps before jumping online. But my God is it atrocious. I see people driving WITH FREAKING GAMEPADS, not even wheels. A lot of iracing and forza drivers joined and you see them spin all over the place. I am yet to finish a race that i have entered, most of the time because of people who obviously never raced in ACC with other people.
As for hardware i found that it's the only track which overwhelms my G29 even at just 50% gain and it starts clipping, loosing all detail about traction and road surface. I guess it's finally time to jump to a proper DD wheel.
On the plus side - the track looks FANTASTIC with HDR enabled on an OLED display. A few of the replays i saved have cmopletely photorealistic moments, so i guess that's a step in the right direction.

So how is it going for you - is it worse than you expected or is it better? What do you like about it and what do you hate?

-Be a collateral damage of a crash infront after only half a lap

10/10 would be collateral damage of a crash again.

Game is garbage. Player base full of Verstappen wannabe's who cant do less than a 8 20, more morons then the casual AC lobby

I enjoyed it in single player. I would not race it online. I just run laps solo. One of the last times I drove AC online years back was at Monza. I just waited for everyone to crash on turn 1 then won the race. lol
Just disappointed that I had bought the game and had to get back out to find the Nordschleife DLC. I only bought this game for the track. Still well worth it on sale though (for me).
