How to turn on the emergency lights?

Are those the hazard lights? If you mean those, then there's no extra button. Some people just bind left and right indicator to the same button, i think.

Stick to off of the racing line and avoid blocking the turn if possible.
If it happen at Bathrust uphill or downhill section (or before the uphill section but past the pit entrance), pause and return to pits, is a much better and safer option.

Unfortunately, you can’t bind the same key, but I saw emergency lights on streamers

Some players use some trickery there, but the easiest way is to enable them one by one/side by side.
