Make sure it is recognised and working properly in windows first.
Then in ACC you have to chose the Tab wheel on top of the controller UI first, then do a manual calibration.
Let us know if this work.
Good luck.

honestly with steering wheels i would stick to the well known brands because odds are they are going to be supported in more games and setup will be plug and play with logitech thrustmaster fanatec moza and all the more known brands.

ive never heard of a spawn wheel and I am checking out videos on wheel bases all the time so its possible that its just not compatible with very many games.

its possible you have something set in steam wrong in your controller settings.

when you goto ACC control settings it should give you the option to pick a wheel base controller or keyboard if they are all plugged in make sure you select wheel base... lol

you could try using a different usb port sometimes a usb 3.0 or usb 2.0 is required

so after looking at the spawn wheel page it does not look like ACC is on the list of games supported only the first original Assetto corsa is.

sadly the manual is not in english so i cant really help much but there apears to be 2 modes direct input mode and standard mode one mode seems to make it just makes it look like a controller i think so your probably in the wrong mode

this is what the manual says translated through google translate.....very odd

The Momentum PRO steering wheel has pedals and a gearbox and has the ability to rotate the steering wheel 270 degrees and 900 degrees.
According to its specifications, the steering wheel works on the computer and certain consoles, which can be seen in the
specifications as well as on the packaging itself.
Setup for consoles
The steering wheel has 2 modes of operation - with the gearbox inserted and without the gearbox inserted (controller mode).
Without gear engaged:
The steering wheel is connected to the console via the existing original joystick that the customer already owns. So,
the controller is inserted into the steering wheel via a cable and then the steering wheel is inserted into the console. That would technically mean that the steering wheel
"takes over" the controller
takes over all commands and by moving the steering wheel left/right represents the movement of the left mushroom
left/right and therefore the vehicle moves left/right in the game. The steering wheel buttons can be configured so that if
in the game itself, the gas is set to R2, by programming the steering wheel you program R2 to be the gas pedal. Needed
is to read the instructions in detail because each game has different commands and everything depends on the game. In this mode
the game itself does not need to have steering wheel support but will work in all games (as if using a console controller).
With the gearbox engaged:
The steering wheel is identically connected to the console, but the gearbox is additionally inserted. This changes the entire regime
of work and it is necessary that the game itself supports steering wheels, i.e. that the game itself supports the gearbox and gearbox configuration.
It is also necessary to configure the steering wheel depending on the game to the game and the configuration procedure can be done by the user
find in the manual. When configuring the game, it is necessary to select the "manual" gearbox option, as in Forza 5, for example
on the XBOX console.
PS3 games do not support the gearbox and it is necessary to remove it when connecting to the console.
The vibration does not work in the mode with the gearbox, they work only if the gearbox is not engaged.

if the computer does not recognize the steering wheel. The steering wheel also has 2 computer modes - X-Input and DirectInput
(D-Input).
1. X-input is standard, ie. controller-to-PC communication technology that most PC games use
uses (Microsoft technology) and has support for a certain number of keys (two analog directional
"mushrooms, each with its own button when the mushroom is pressed, 2 analog "triggers" (R2), digital
a directional pad with 4 directions, 8 digital buttons, a pair of vibration motors and an optional sound output).
2. D-Input is standard, ie. controller communication technology that can have multiple buttons and
optional configurations, but the game itself must have support and use, and the compatibility of standards depends
from game to game. Certain peripherals (steering wheels, airplane sticks) have non-standard buttons and use DInput technology.
The steering wheel with the gearbox inserted is by factory default in D-Input mode and can only work in it.
To use the steering wheel in D-Input mode, the game itself must have support. The steering wheel is configurable
by programming the keys. The user can read the detailed button configuration procedure in the manual.
Steering wheel without gearbox can be in X-Input or D-Input mode. The mode is changed by pressing the "Mode" button
(marked on the steering wheel with "SPAWN") 3 seconds. This mode can be changed depending on the support in itself
game, which would mean that the steering wheel without a gearbox and in X-Input mode, "emulates" the Xbox controller (most games support
Xbox controller) and in D-Input mode it will emulate a "D-Input controller". The steering wheel can also be used here
configure by programming the keys. The user can read the detailed procedure of the button configuration in
instructions.
Below is a list of games that support the shifter (i.e. support D-Input steering wheels with
gearbox) and in them the steering wheel will be functional with a manual gearbox (except for Forza 4 where the gearbox will not work).

well thats the whole manual translated best i can do lol not much info out there and this wheel is very strange and idk seems to be similar to the logitech g29 as far as how the force feedback works but yea very complicated and strange setup process and idk more or less just weirdness lol.

if you could return it and just get a thrustmaster or logitech product it would be much easier to figure it out if thats not possible it sounds like you have to have the gear shifter plugged in for it to be in wheel mode or something maybe it will work maybe it wont.

Honestly i think i tried every posibble solution on the internet, so i came to a conclusion that its just that the wheel is not supported sadly. Game is just not recognizing the wheel, keeps reading it as the controller. In nfs heat the wheel works fine so i dont thin so its about drivers. Thanks for the help!
