Report a translation problem
The problem appeared from one day to the next and I just can't find a solution to this problem on the internet.
And it makes the game almost unplayable. I hope someone can help me, thanks
maybe check the gearshift debouncing or something in the controls settings.
i have had something similar when the wrong audio device is selected in audio settings more or less the sound doesnt match the game so it idk feels like lag i guess so you could try selecting a different audio device in audio settings.
i am also on a tv for a monitor so sometimes the audio can just get out of sync when resolutions get changed 4k down to 1440p or w/e i also have home audio receiver hooked up so sometimes i just have to goto the tv home screen and back to the pc input for the audio to sync back up doubt you have this issue but its possible if your using a smart tv for monitor with a home audio receiver lol
another thing i had happen is when i upgraded to my fanatec csl DD wheel base for some reason it cause my throttle pedal to stay at full throttle randomly in multiple races to fix this i had to buy a ground wire thing it plugs into a outlet but only has the ground prong(middle roundish one) and a wire coming out of that with a clip that i clip on a screw on the back of my throttle pedal this fixed it for me.
anyways it could be a lot of things putting your wheel base and pedals might/pc specs might help idk.
my first thrustmaster cheap 2 pedal set throttle spring stopped springing back anymore after about 2 weeks of use on my thrustmaster t150 i used a rubber band for a couple weeks looped around the pedal and put a screw on the desk above to pull the pedal up after that lol it was actually a upgrade over stock so i would look at the throttle.
Pc is near High End
Base is a MOZA R12 and the GS Wheel
Pedals the Heusiknveld Sprints
And Monitor a 165hz ultrawide.
Hope it helps but thank you
***do this read the rest if you want ideas but contacting the company is much better than my advice lol. i would really consider emailing them over at heusinkveld i think they probably would respond pretty fast i did just read a reddit post from a couple weeks ago that said they responded within 1 night. I did some search because of this and heusinkveld is really on top of there support many posts from Enzo telling people to contact him or trying to help in forums most people seem to of gotten support very fast I would 100% give these guys a chance to help you out because it seems like they really stand by there products and will be able to give you the best information.
Reddit post
"As I posted this I also wrote a mail to the Heusinkveld support team, and to my surprise this morning they delivered (the morning after the bug).
All I had to do was reset the values of my throttle pedal in the DiView program because for some reason they weren't correct.
Best customer service I've experienced, fast answer and knew how to fix it right away !""
another person said they responded in 2 mins lol so idk i think i would email them although it is holiday time so it may be a few days.
so maybe there is something in the DiView program to reset your pedals to default?lol many posts i found said resetting to defaults fixed things
what i would do is first make sure all software/firmware for pedals is up to date if so then
i would reset everything to do with the pedals to default and also maybe reasign the in puts in game or reset to defaults as well in game.
if that does not work try a different usb port also if you are using a USB hub try plugging them directly into the PC.
its also possible because these pedals i think use a loadcell throttle that you just need to calibrate it properly.
SO after reading a bit the sprints seem to be EMI shielded but some people have had issues weather or not its EMI i do not know but would think not.
its also possible you are having the EMI problem i had with my throttle although i would say only investigate this after contacting support because you would have to purchase something to fix it. you can search EMI to fix this you basically would have to ground your pedals or sim rig or maybe use a usb isolator for me i used a ground plug attached to a screw on my throttle pedal. many direct drive wheels are known for causing this.
well yea idk but i would just contact huesinkveld here is a thread i was reading i think Enzo replied in the 2nd post with a support link also some interesting stuff i think it turned out to be a bad usb cable was causing this guys problem. https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/heusinkveld-sprint-pedals-occasionally-stops-responding-mid-race.179886/
And the exact problem is that despite the fact that as soon as I let off the gas I always immediately!!! hit the brakes!!!
And don't let it roll.
However, the game simply doesn't allow any brakes and after 1-2 seconds he releases the brakes and then immediately jumps to 100%.
Here I'll add a link where you can see the problem exactly, thanks.

I had similar problem on my old G29 pedals but it would flicker with anything under 35%~40% and over 70% (leaving me with just a midrange of around 30%~35% to work with) but whatever was under 35% or over 70% was flickering and undrivable to me (so I changed pedals max and min deadzones to make it work just within the remaining 30%~35% workable range in the middle).
sort of like the brake cuts out for a split second or something. its pretty hard to tell when your not the one doing the inputs lol its just strange because w/e it is happens for such a short period. I would maybe calibrate the pedals again maybe the initial brake hit is just reading to high or something so it banks out and comes back lol
or maybe you just have it set so you have to push really hard to get it to register not sure but i do think it could be something in the pedal software not set or calibrated right.
i would really contact heusinkveld still i think similar issues have happened and they probably can give you better help im just making a very slightly educated(20 mins reading google)guess and also including things that have helped me with issues in the past.
i do wonder if its a cable issue or something in the pedals or usb port still maybe you have some odd dead zones set on the pedals in the game or maybe you need to set one i am really not sure?
maybe try to unplug all your stuff from usb and open the game so it only sees the keyboard or a controller if you have one would be good to see if it does the same thing on a different device.
basically after trying that close the game and plug all your stuff back in and relaunch and see if it sort of reset itself. there is also a circular kind of reset arrow on the left sort of upper part that is a reset button in the ACC controls menu maybe press that lol
so i would first contact the company lol then if you want to try other stuff in the meantime to try and solve it i would just start fresh uninstall all the software unplug the pedals and plug them into a different port reinstall everything maybe try resetting to defaults first before doing all that.
i had a issue once where i accidentally launched ACC with my csl DD in compatibility mode so it gets seen as a csw2.5 and after that happened it like bugged out the game and would no longer see my wheel as a csl dd even when i changed it back to normal mode.
i think i had to delete the AC2 folder or something or maybe even just moved all the game file to a different steam library on a different drive to get it to work properly again so things can bug out just very rare. so possibly try moving the game files to a different steam library on a different drive or try looking up what folder to delete to reset ACC configs.
check for a loose cable or maybe just unplug and plug them back in if you have a extra usb cable for the pedals you should try it out.
anyways this could all be something really simple that heusinkveld probably could give better advice so again i would really contact them as they seem really nice to work with.
sorry i am bad at short replys lol i doubt any of this will really help customer support is sometimes the best answer especially on high end equipment that is a little more rare.
