My TS-PC Racer is recognised ok, are you using the latest firmware for the wheel?

I also use the TH-PC and no issues with it. Check another usb ports. Check firmware, update and so on. And check all cables. i know sounds noob like but sometime there are small reasons for non working hardware.

How is it in another games? Is it working there?

Your Steam Client offers a controller interface, it can cause problems if you are using another driver/app/emulator for your device.

There is a switch to turn these settings on/off for each game. Right click on the game in steam library and choose properties. "Steam Input Per-Game Setting" ; “Use your Global Steam Input" for on, "Force Off" to disable. Select Force Off.
