Can't change from 1st to 2nd gear / automatically goes back to first gear
Hi guys, I recently got into VR & racing games, so I purchased a Trustmaster t300 rs gt t. Now I wanted to try ACC in VR and I'm having fun so far, but with one problem...

For some reason I can't shift gears. So I'm stuck at 1st gear, and if I change gears... I can see it changes to 2nd gear, but within a milisecond it goes back to 1st gear.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Thank you for helping out this noob :lunar2019deadpanpig:

do you also have an H-shifter?

Is your downshift paddle maybe stuck or engaging, have a look in the section where you assign key bindings etc, shift up and see if its only one shifter working at a time

Have you selected manual shifting?

first check and make sure you have the game set to manual shifting as advised above.

if its still a problem then i would go into the settings menu choose controls then rebind your paddle shifters.

if it still does not work i would pull up the thrustmaster control panel and make sure it is registering when you click your paddles. you will have to close ACC to do this i think or relaunch before your wheel will work again lol.

Nope, shifting with the 'shifters' on the wheel.

I did, if I shift up, then it's only one button. Same for the down shift, works in the option menu.

Good one, will try to rebind the controls and check out the Thrustmaster CP.

I'll report back when I have tried these options. Thanks guys !

Got it fixed by turning on the 'inverting' option for shifting and all the other things... No idea why it is fixed because of that... but it works :P

Thanks for the help guys!

And time for me to get gud :lunar2019madpig: !
