I have tried for 2 hours to find a solution, but it persists. I've tried reinstalling and restarting pc. change resolution turn off nvidia surround. it worked like a charm yesterday/ last night. I also stopped sync with ondrive. Still crash with fatal error on startup. I reach the startup logo.

I've previously having this error as well. It seems that OneDrive is syncing the folder and somehow causes some files to be missing and therefore causes that error. As what Peroals has shared. Stopped sync with OneDrive might helps.

For me, i just uninstalled OneDrive. :)

Ah, yes. OneDrive seems to cause a lot of probs with steam. Had issues with it in ETS2.

you need to stop one drive syncing it's the 1st thing i do when installing windows. you will need to go into one drive settings and unlink your folder.
