pitstops
is there any way to stop the speeding in pit lane stop and go penalty? I have literally crawled down the lane even at 5 miles an hour but keep getting speeding in the pit lane penalties ALWAYS

make sure you slow down 30mph or 50kph(i think) before the sign/white line make sure your in first gear with the pit limiter on until you exit.

that is all if your just going in full speed and letting the limiter kick on itself you are speeding you have to be going under those speed limits before your rear end (i think)crossing the pit entrance line

I confirm and you can also use automatic pit limiter : as soon as you pass the entry line (under 50 km/h) it will be triggered and removed automatically when you exit.
it you are too fast, the penalty is a DT (Drive through) but it could be a Stop and Go if the speed difference is too huge and a DSQ if it is far too huge ...
If ypu exceed the limit 2 times (eg entry and exit), you get 2x DT and it is converted in a Stop and GO ...

use pit limiter , ender with first gear and brake enough for safe not to get penalty , then change the camera to see the hood so you can stop just to the right position .
if you park well you will gain time . there is the time , to park just right , not to speed ender and risk with penalty and rouin all your race .

Which track is it?
I found a bug at Misano 2 years ago where taking a certain driving line would trigger a speeding in pitlane penalty.

Quite possibly you found a hole or glitch in the track.

Make sure you are in FIRST GEAR and have the PIT LIMITER On

Sounds like you're either entering pit lane too fast under braking (unless you're running pit limiter assist and you're barreling into the pit lane hoping the auto-limiter will immediately put you at the right speed), or you're turning off the pit limiter and hitting the throttle too early coming out of the pit lane.
