I don't know, i changed the ABS settings but no change.
And 20 laps for a set of tires should be ok.
I have this problem with different car, different setup, event with the default safe setup.
punctures usually are from eating curbs to much and results in slow dropping. if your tires are to cold or to hot you have more chance of a puncture.
if your actually popping the tires you are either locking the brakes up repeatedly, way over heating your tires, sliding way to much around corners, possibly just driving for to long on that set of tires also even just turning your steering wheel to much through the corner can really hurt the tires as well.
i would recommend watching back the replay to see if your wheel is locking up in any braking zones or if your hitting the curbs alot especially the part of the replay where your tire pops.
also i would recommend doing like 5-10-20 laps and going into your setup and choosing the tire set you were driving on it will tell you how the tires are wearing down if your getting flat spots blisters and graining going on early.
i would also say to turn all your audio settings down a little and put your tire sounds up if your struggling with locking up or sliding the tire screech will stand out a little more and give you a que that your over driving or locking up the brakes and what not watching replays is also very helpful.
