looking left and right

Hi, I have a problem with the ACC that when I want to look left and right it is very slow and it makes me feel a little dizzy. It's not like in rFactor2 or iRacing where looking left and right is instantaneous. can't it be configured somewhere so that the response of the buttons in ACC for looking left and right is instantaneous?

That's a good question. I am not sure about the answer.

There's a "lookAroundSpeed" : 15 entry inside the ~\Config\camersSettings.json file.

Turning it up seems to do the trick? I have it at 50. Probably goes to 100 max.

I still have not figured out how to map the 'look left/right' settings to my Right Analog stick on my gamepad. Every other game allows this, but ACC devs seem to hate 'regular xbox gamepad' conventions. Too busy, tweaking Fanatec wheels?

Maybe change to helmet camera or dash camera. Looking around is faster.

a bigger issue is that the driver barely moves his head at all

This movement cannot be set on the helmet camera, but there are some setting options for the cockpit camera.

It seems that the default value of 15 for "lookAroundSpeed" : 15 does nothing because I tried to raise it first to 50 and then to 100 and the movement is the same as at 15. This is not the solution but thanks for the answer. I have even set this value to 500 and it does nothing.
